Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of my business, I am unable to accommodate multiple cancellations. I allow a one-time cancellation for every appointment booked. This means, if you book an appointment, you can reschedule it once at no charge. If you need to reschedule beyond that, there is a $25.00 service fee. Once payment has been received, the cost of the reading is non-refundable. 

Booking Policy

Currently, I am booking 8-9 months in advance. This means if you call me on a Monday, it would be highly unlikely to get an appointment before the FOLLOWING Monday. There are exceptions to the rule, and I will try my best to accommodate, but I can’t make any promises.

Professional Boundaries

The relationship you have with your psychic is a professional relationship and Thomas maintains strict professional boundaries during and after your work together. Considerable experience shows that when boundaries blur, the hard-won benefits and insights, as well as the accuracy, of future readings, can be lost.

Confidentiality

Readings are conducted in a confidential manner. Details of any readings will never be disclosed to a third party. For this reason, Thomas is unable to correspond about the details of another’s reading, including readings of your spouse or loved ones.
